At this time I can ONLY SHIP on Saturdays. Orders Placed by Friday 8am will be shipped that Saturday - orders place after 8m on a Friday may or may not be shipped that Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend will NOT get shipped until the following Saturday. If a holiday falls on a Saturday and post offices are closed then the item will not get shipped until the following Saturday.
Orders will be shipped in Priority Mail boxes, lovingly packed in bubble wrap and or tissue paper. Some items may come in a gift bag others in a gift box depending on the fragility of the item.

Returns accepted - buyer must contact seller within 7 days of receipt to notify if a return is necessary and the reason why. If the item was damaged in shipment then pictures of damaged item must be part of the email. Item must be returned in original condition with packaging.
Credit will be issued within 14 days ONCE returned item is received. and inspected.
If buyer requested a change to the item such as lengthening or shortening then return will NOT be accepted as this would be considered a custom order.
Buyer responsible for return shipping, tracking and any insurance needed.

Pewter beads are a Zinc alloy over copper that may (or may not) change color with wear - it seems to depend on body chemicals individual to each person.
With respect to Glass Pearls as well as pewter beads: To avoid damage to the color and or coating DO NOT expose beads to hand sanitizer, nail polish remover, cleaning products, concentrated chlorine (pools), hairspray or prolonged exposure to the sun.
Each item is individually handmade - I avoid duplicates except with a few of the earrings.
